LO & Team is Lianne Owen and Brittany Strouse, both local Westport residents.

Lianne moved to Westport six years ago and built her family’s home, and has since started the development company, Simple Plan Home Builders. Her background was in NYC working on new development projects at one of the largest real estate firms and she is primarily responsible for the sales and marketing of Simple Plan’s new spec homes.

Brittany has lived in Westport since 2005 and has been an active member of the community with three children graduating from Staples High School, and her youngest child still at school. Brittany previously lived in CA working on the marketing of new construction housing developments, and after that moved to France for a number of years. With her strong local knowledge of the town, Brittany concentrates on working with sales listings and as a buyer broker.
